I know that I am pretty bummed about the ajanderson situation, too.  I sent her two packages of fabric which  was good quality fabric so I feel as if I just gave her $9 of fabric. We built up her stash pretty impressively with high end fabric, didn't we?  I have sent pms, emails, and a letter so I don't know what else to do.

I have pm'd athenamat with a list of who should have positive feedback right now and that ajanderson needs to get negative feedback immediately (maybe that will be the impetus she needs to contact us).

I also pm'd a few people to check if packages have arrived, so please check pms and get back to me.

I agree that in the next swap we add that the person needs to check in on the board and by pm'ing their organizer at least biweekly to try to check for possible flakers.  In previous swaps, we didn't require dc#'s due to the cost to mailing such huge quantities of fabric.  I don't know if we want to change that, but if we don't you can also add it anyway so you have proof.  I did that with some of my packages this time including ajanderson78s.

Southernflower, that block is so pretty and I love that fabric!

I have sent ajanderson many emails and pm's without responses.  I am going to try a letter as well.  It is really upsetting that she has been in the swap before and seemed to be a good swapper but has decided to drop out on us.  I hate that we all sent her fabric that was not cheap and that was for something we really wanted to be special.  She is the first flaker we have encountered in this swap so far and it stinks.  I would definitely encourage all of us to email, pm, and even send a letter the old fashioned way to hopefully encourage her to contact us in some manner.  I am really hoping that something bad hasn't happened to her but she hasn't really been on craftster much in the last two months where we could even distinguish when she disappeared.  I sent an email to her in August stating that I hoped she was okay then because I had not heard from her so I have heard from her once since August.  If anyone needs her email, let me know.

I don't know how we could set up an angel because they would be angeling for at least eleven of us and we would have to send them fabric.  I know that I don't have many pieces left that are big enough to send someone to make blocks of and from what I have read, most of you are in the same boat.  Any suggestions, please let all of us know!
