1  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Re: Baby dress Scandi style on: August 13, 2010 02:37:28 AM
Hi, thanks! No, the pattern is made by myself - just sketched on a paper around a body that fits the baby basically, the shape is very simple as you can see.  Wink
2  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Baby dress Scandi style on: August 05, 2010 12:21:58 PM

Baby dress, Scandinavian retro style, but sewn from a Japanese fabric.
The lining is an old bed sheet.  Cheesy
I love the faces of the little bears! They look so silly and cute.

Google "förklädesklänning" to find more
3  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Retro sweet summer dress on: August 05, 2010 12:17:42 PM

This dress is made by a vintage fabric I found and stole at my Mom's house. Fits a 6 moth old baby or so.
4  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Sophie Amigurumi on: August 05, 2010 12:14:42 PM
Here's my friend Sophie

She's a sneakers designer as you can see... Grin
I made her last year for the real Sophie's birthday. I had to look around a lot to get the right kind of afro hair... but actually they ended up looking very similar. It's such a nice present to make a Amigurumi mini me for someone.

Some crochet, (amigurumis, jewelry and stuff) some sewing, some random stuff too. But all very crafty!

Simply wonderful! I think I'll try to make myself a leaf as an Easter decoration!

Wow, it looks a bit like some strange vegetables! (But nice!)
9  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Felted wool Crochet Rabbit on: March 08, 2010 03:47:26 AM

I found some wool yarn in my yarn basket the other day, so I crocheted a rabbit kind of randomly without a pattern while watching some episodes of Dr. House.

The next morning I threw her in the washing machine on superhot so she felted and became a lot woolier, stuffed her, gave her a face and finally made some clothes from a leftover sock.

She looks so teenager-ish with that black hat and those eyes, don't you think?  Grin

I think it looks more like a mouse with those *giant* ears, but either way its definitely tiny and definitely cute!

Haha, I tried to make the ears tiny and more bear proportioned, but they just wouldn't be circular if I made them any smaller..!
I used a single thread of embroidery yarn (the type that usually contains of six threads) and, well, a very small hook.
