1  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Starbucks Coffee themed paper iPod holder on: May 22, 2008 05:52:22 PM
I've had an obsession with collecting all things starbucks ever since I was 12 (i'm 15 now) and I recently had the urge to do something crafty with them.
So, I had a cardboard "hot-beverage cozy" handy and I used it to make a cozy for my iTouch.

All I used was some scissors and tape. And the only alterations I made to the original cozy itself was, to add a hole for the charger and the headphones.

With that, here is the completed project!

*sorry if the images are a little big...

Thanks alot! Comments, Questions & Suggestions kindly accepted!

2  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / T-Shirt Designs on: February 23, 2008 01:38:53 PM
(I hope this is in the right topic, I really had no idea where else to put it)

Ok, well, my dad and I have been planning on starting a clothing company, my part of the company is called "Dirt For Rachel" (its a long story behind the name).
So, I started designing the shirts.
Once we get a whole collection, we plan on sending them to a local screenprinting shop to get them printed. And after that we will sell them.

The following are the first five of my designs. I'm very proud of myself. I spent a lot of time on each one and I think they came out really well, especaily since I'm only 14 (15 in May).

Drumroll please...

first ever design. legos =D - "Dirt for Rachel"

2nd. girly skull - "Thats All She Wanted, Dirt for Rachel"

3rd. Guitar - "Late Night Jam Session, Dirt for Rachel". I'm not so sure about this one... =/

4th. MY FAVORITE!!!!! yellow plants - "Grow Up Girl, Dirt for Rachel"

Lastly. Splatter & Star - "Dirt For Rachel". I'm not so sure about this either... =o

Well, thats it! Thanks so much for looking.
Please, please, please, tell me what you think!

3  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Old to New in 10 minutes on: January 27, 2008 09:20:05 AM
Tomorrow starts the 3rd quarter in school for me, and that means I start a new class - and unluckily that class is health.
Usually in health class I find myself daydreaming and doodling on my notebook, and this year I have vowed to pay attention, and to do that, I made my self a pretty notebook to keep myself from doodling!

So, I took 10 minutes out of my day today and I covered a new notebook! All I used was a glue stick, paper and a composition notebook!

And heres how it came out:

front cover...

close up of the paper...

the back cover (sorry about the flash!)...

I personally think it came out AMAZINGLY! I love it!
I'm so excited to use it in class tomorrow! xD

4  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Valentine's Day / Valentine's Day gifts... HELP! on: January 21, 2008 06:16:26 PM
Alright, so heres my problem. Every holiday I like to make something special for all my friends, like cards or just little silly things.
So last year, I made tiny candy wreaths, in the shape of hearts with red, white and pink candy. They were a big hit!

But now, I have no idea what to make to keep up with last years gift.
I want to make something cute and vday related, but I dont want anything too "lovey-dovey" becuase they are for my friends, and I don't want to them to be too over the top since none of my other friends give me anything in return (which I don't really care about).

Help would be wonderful!
Thanks in advance, Jenn   *

5  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Star Address Book, first ever attempt on: January 19, 2008 10:30:55 AM
I've been wanting to create an address book for ages now, and I finally got up the energy to do so.

I didn't really do anything special to it. I just colored with some sharpies. =P

I think I could do alot bettttter if I try again, but for my time I think its pretty good!
(PS: I took the pictures with my computer camera, so all the pictures are backwards.. sorry!)

Please let me know what you think!

6  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / oh my CAKE; and flowers! on: January 13, 2008 11:31:49 AM
I made both of these along time ago, but I like both so much they needed to be posted!

Here is a cake topper I made my 14th birthday last year! Its my favorite thing I've ever made with clay...

Here is a bunch of flowers I made one day last year! They were the first clay flowers I ever made and for a 13 (at the time) I think they came out well!

Please let me know what you think of both projects!

EDIT: I'm gonna take some new pictures. These ones really stink, ill post the new ones tomorrow!
