It was my friend's 21st birthday on Halloween... and her theme was "when I grow up"... Obviously who doesn't want to be a princess when they grow up lol.
I redid what I assume to be an old pink homecoming/ prom dress I found at a local goodwill store... I basically just chopped off the bottom and sewed it under the bodice and added a scarf I found laying around the house and threw on some leggings underneath so I didn't freeze to death in WI haha.
