1  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Discussion and Questions / Portable Chandeliers on: October 29, 2007 07:09:05 AM
I did this last year for Halloween and pulled them out again this year.

I gathered several chandeleirs and or hanging light fixtures from freecycle and craigslist. I wired additional lengths of wire. ( 12 feet) and a plug.. Spray painted them black and put the lowest wattage bulbs in them I could.. I can create a halloween lounge space anywhere I want by having a hanging fixture to center them around. I have made a white ones for a friends birthday and we hung them from trees for their backyard party...

the wire and plugs cost me about $10 per chandeleir but the fixtures themselves were free.. so $10 for a portable chandelier
2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Winged Suits on: October 11, 2007 12:20:59 PM
So I just completed these for a movie I was working on and I thought they might be cool to sell to. I have no idea what price point to start them at so I figured I would show them to you guys and see what you thought..

The suits are Salvation Army/Value Village Suit Coats without rips or holes or tears... so they are decent but not new...

Let me know what you think about them? We are coming up with other designs.... Was wondering what I should charge for them
