A friend's daughter is having her 3rd B-day this weekend and since we are broke, I had to come up with a present to make out of what I already had on hand. I found Dora & Boots plastic canvas magnet patterns online and modified and created backs to turn them into dolls.

Then I found some neon plastic canvas so I made a purse/carrying  case to go with the dolls. Note the only thing that would glue the velcro directly to the plastic canvas was model cement.

Went to the tea shop today! Went over my 10$, but since everything is way overpriced here, I only got 10$ worth of tea  Sad Wish I had a bigger budget for extras! Now I just have to finish crafting so I can send

I've got small item done and I plan to go to the tea store tomorrow afternoon. I'm hoping to get everything else done this weekend.

I love that it's simple to do with a great result. From just looking at the pic you couldn't even tell that it was just a cereal box! This rocks!
