1  Re: Chocoholics Unanimous Round 2! Gallery! in The Swap Gallery by jankensan on: February 02, 2008 01:01:36 PM
I received my lovely package from dragonslair today. I was so glad it was this parcel when I got to the post office!
I got a cool bag, wash cloth and soap saver as well as some very funky home meade soap. Thank you to my lovely partner!

2  Advent Calendar becomes Memory Bank in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by jankensan on: December 22, 2007 03:29:06 AM
Here is my latest completed project. The whole thing has taken me over a month, a lot longer than I originally planned. It started as a kids advent calender, a large board book, housing 24 smaller board books.

I sanded the whole thing down, and all the mini books. Then I re-covered it in scrabook papers and added spaces for the recipient (my mum) to write in the books.

Here is the finished product...

The themes include My favourite Movies, Desert Island Discs, Quotes I love, Pet Hates.....

Hope you enjoyed looking at this!

3  Crochet Hanger Cover in Crochet: Completed Projects by jankensan on: November 04, 2007 05:54:48 AM
Here's a pic of the hanger cover I croched for a friends birthday. My first project. I think I did it and unwoud it all  at least two times in the process! But I got the 'hang' of it in the end... Tongue

4  DIY Journal/ Photo Album in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by jankensan on: November 04, 2007 05:48:29 AM
This is the chipboard book I've altered as a Christmas present. There are spaces for journalling and the recipient (top secret!) to add their own photos.

My first altered book! Took about 3 days to do, but I'm happy with the result....

The hard part was cleaning up all the dust I made when I sanded the gloss of the pages!
