1  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Discussion and Questions / Re: art fair tent? on: October 06, 2007 03:40:53 AM
Wal-Mart also carries them. I got one for $76 at Sports Authority.

2  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Crafty Business Discussion / Re: Can you sell Guitar Pick Jewelry? on: October 06, 2007 03:25:13 AM
You can also get in trouble with using trademarks. I used to sell fused glass hearts and named them " hearts on fire". The company who had the trademark "hearts of fire" sent me a letter asking me to discontinue the use of the phrase... due to it being very simular. I did so without a gripe.

3  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Re: need help: 1hr craft class with 11-14 yos on: October 06, 2007 03:21:32 AM
You should teach them how to make domino pendants with images on them. Really fun and addictive.

4  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Re: Soldering Help Please! on: October 06, 2007 03:20:21 AM
Be careful not to use the solder with lead in it. Lead attacks the nerveous system and makes you a bad speller. Flux is the solution as stated above.

Nice job... I've never seen srinky dinks. I'm addicted to domino pendants right now.

That is really neat! Just think... any photo! I've tried resin and resin doesn't like me. It can be hard to do properly. Great job!
