This looks really cool and easy. I have lots of threads to play around with.

Question; how do you keep the mask you are making from being glued to the plastic one you are working over? Does it just peel off? I'd be worried about deforming the mask I made trying to pull it off.

There have been so many fun and pretty projects posted lately!

I was planning on doing lots of crafting this weekend but my motivation abandoned me as soon as I got home from work Friday night D:

I am seeing custom Monster High (and similar) dolls everywhere now. Before it was just MLP and the ones from KidRobot.

How fragile is the finished product? Would you say it is strong enough you could make a toy for a child with it, or is it more for display type dolls/things?

I was just reading on the product site that you can use acrylic sealers on LaDoll. I know there are spray and paint types, so you have plenty of choices. I like Liquitex products myself.

How is LaDoll? I was going to get that as well but picked up the Creative Paperclay to try out first. It is very soft and a bit of a pain to work with. I too am trying to make a doll so was wondering if LaDoll is a bit firmer while working with? I know I could let the paperclay dry a bit, but then you can't really mold it.   I know there are many sealers out there that you can use. I think I'd go with a non-gloss one myself. I don't know names off the top of my head for them though.

You doll is looking very pretty so far and I'll be checking out your blog.

What a clever idea with those baby bibs. I should try something like that. I have a six month old nephew who I'm sure could use them.

The other day in the car between shopping trips, I made a short infinity scarf out of yarn I have had for three or more years. I only had two small balls of it, but I finally made something with them. I still have not uploaded the photo but I made it this past Sunday.

My yarn stash is slowly going down so now I have room for what I will be handspinning. I already have an idea on what I am going to do with the odds and ends from the yarns. I'd like a nice big and colorful blanket for my bed when it's too warm for the comforter but too cold without something a bit heavier.

I am really loving all of these projects being posted. They are very inspiring.
Here is the shawl I finished last night for my mother. I wish I could have made it a bit longer, but I ran out of the dark purple yarn.
