My first projects for this year are also made from my stash. Yay for being able to cross post. Cotton washcloths, three sets of six. More to come later!

Here are my first three projects. Three sets (of six) washcloths made on my pot holder loom. I think they are too small to use as pot holders so I'll use them as washcloths or dish cloths instead. Made with a mix of Peaches n' Cream and Sugar n' Cream cotton yarns.

Here are more from me! Spinning, rolags, knitting, weaving! The spinning and rolags are from the past couple of days. The others are older things I never posted. I still need to get pictures of more things later.

Wow, everyone has been really busy since my last post!

I finished my Wingspan shawl at 1am this morning. I worked on it off and on for a week. This is my first non-rectangular thing I've made, and first time using a pattern. Very, very easy and fun to make.

Now I have to work on some toys for Christmas presents.

I have been crafting (and cleaning) over the mini vacation as well. I am halfway done with my Wingspan shawl! While cleaning I found a few WIPs that just need a small seem sewn up to be finished (all ear warmers). And a few scarves that I forgot I made. I have not taken any pictures yet but will do so soon for those.  Here is a pic of my shawl in progress:

So many fantastic projects in here since I last visited! I've been busy so have not posted here in awhile. Here are some things I've made since then:

Heartbreaker rolags, then spun into yarn.

Earwarmer

Chair cushion for work chair (before I put it together so you can see both sides in one picture).

Handspun Cormo. First time spinning this fiber. I am in love with it. soooo, soft!

Handspun Merino

I am currently working on the Wingspan shawl. It is my first, non-rectangular knit piece. I am in the middle of the first triangle so don't have anything really to share on that yet. I just hope I keep going until it's done!

Last weekend I went to the NY Sheep and Wool festival in Rhinebeck, NY for the first time. I had a blast. I only bought a small amount of fiber for spinning because I still had a lot at home already. This past week I have been playing with my new carding board and mixing up my own fibers.  I also got some that I spun up right away the next day.

Cross posting from 50 projects;

These are the hats I made for the 500Hats charity. The cream and black yarn is from stash that I've had for years (pound of love). I only have a small amount of those colors left.

Such amazing projects. I'm in love with that sheep bowl. Smiley

Here is the result of my charity knitting for the 500Hats charity. In the span of about two weeks, I made 12 childrens hats! The black and cream yarn is from stash but the other I bought specifically for this project and I used it all up. My cat of coarse had to investigate. I then had to quickly pick them up after the picture because he was trying to sleep on them. XD

Baby blanket for my brothers soon to be baby. His fiance is due the end of this month. They don't know what they are having because they want it to be a surprise. I had this yarn in my stash and figured cream was a neutral color. I still have a half skein of this yarn left which I'm using to make hats with.
