What a clever idea! I like that it's on an umbrella. You could be hiding your wand like Hagrid.  Wink
1972  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Surpise Halloween ATC swap 2012 -CLOSED TO SIGN UPS on: September 21, 2012 06:29:55 AM
bunny1kenobi, I had sort of the same issue. Do I make them scary/spooky Halloween or cutesy Halloween. I did a half and half on ideas but I am going to send out whichever ones I think turn out better.
I guess that is what's so cool about a surprise swap. You have to make what you want to make and you can't taylor it to someone's taste. Which is also what gives me a touch of anxiety. But and awesome fun anxiety, like a rollercoaster! LOL!
1973  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / Re: Fall Fairies on: September 20, 2012 09:44:27 AM
I like them both. The color and textures are great. And I like how you used the book page as the hair. Beautiful effect with all the layers.

What a very vibrant and fun style! Did you use actual fabric on the girls skirt? Love it.
1975  FIBER ARTS / Felting: Completed Projects / Re: Needle Felted Sun Conure! Teeny little version of my Peanut on: September 20, 2012 09:40:23 AM
Can't believe that is your first time doing it! Looks like you have been doing it for years. Very nicely done. I like how vibrant it is and how you captured his likeness so well. Wonderful!
1976  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Hooded Dresses // Vintage Sheets on: September 19, 2012 01:38:22 PM
I love the style of those dresses. The first one is my favorite. Amazing job. Makes me want to try to sew clothes again!
1977  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Surpise Halloween ATC swap 2012 -CLOSED TO SIGN UPS on: September 19, 2012 11:29:47 AM
FINALLY home and I can work on my cards! I am going to take the weekend to clean and organize first. While I was out I had all new ideas of what I wanted to do... We will see what turns out best. I feel so far behind because everyone seems to be done (and then some) already! Need to work double time.
StickerChic87, who sent you the blanks? Was it a mystery person? Oooh, those are neat! It sounds like a really cool idea. Hope whoever it is posts it on the ATC board.
PS. You should add a minotaur in your maze!
1978  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Monster Swap Round 4 Gallery on: September 19, 2012 11:05:34 AM
How big was that freakin' box! LOL! Wow that was a huge and amazing package! Loved all the stuffies and the Yeti wall art!
1979  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: woodland creatures & enchanted forest swap on: September 17, 2012 07:44:11 PM

1980  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: Snape's Patronus Shirt & A Claddagh shirt on: September 17, 2012 02:15:05 PM
I love the way you did the deer as a negative. Great technique. I also am quite fond of the size print. The preggers one is cool too.
You always make the nearest shirts!
