Working away! For package 2 I am trying something different and it took a bit longer than I was expecting but is fun. Still working on it. Hitting up the Michael's after work for some additional things.  Grin

Thanks everyone! I had a lot of fun making these. They are the first ATC that I have made and not given away.  Wink
I did two more in this style but different subject matter for the June '12 ATC swap but they haven't been received yet. I hope they like them!

Mountains and Clouds sent me my first card from my new theme "a card of you". I am so excited about this theme! Thank you Mountains and Clouds.
Here is the very pretty Mountains and Clouds card!

She also sent an extra. A smoking fish.  Grin

I love that he has bubble instead of smoke! Ha!
Thank you so much. These are awesome!

1837  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / Classic Movie Monster ATCs with 2 Bride of Frankensteins added! on: June 10, 2012 11:36:47 AM
My dear Hubster went away for the weekend and I decided to have a Craft-a-polooza. I finished all my ATC's for the swap and worked on a project for another swap I am in. While I was waiting for things to dry I decided to do a little side project for myself. I have had this idea for a while and just needed the time to do it. These were done with Copic markers on Illustration board.
So here it is. My Classic Movie Monster ATC set!!!!   Grin

I wanted to do a gray tone for the "flesh" and line drawing for the clothing. Then I wanted to do a plain sort of rainbow background.  I was super happy with how they turned out! Here they are individually.

Frank was my first one. I might add his bride next time I get some "me" time.

 The Invisible Man

 The Wolf Man

The Creature from the Black Lagoon. This one was a little weird cas he didn't have "clothes" so I just faded down so it would match the set of the others. The purple isn't as dark as it looks in this picture.

The Phantom of the Opera ended up being my favorite. I love his expression!

 The Prince of Darkness, Dracula!

And the Mummy! I tried to make his background "gold" to go along with the Egypt theme but it turned out more orangey.
These were all of the classic black and white movie monsters I could think of besides the Blob but I didn't think that one would turn out to well.  Tongue Let me know what you think or if you know one that I missed.
 Thanks for looking!

I found some free time to finish up the set. I added the Bride of Frankenstein!

Here is one I sent out for a swap a couple months ago too. I think I am going to remake this version of her for my own collection too.

I love this! So amazing and all the tiny details! Absolutely beautiful. I love crazy fairy tales. I grew up in part in Germany and when I got to the states I couldn't believe how lame the fairy tales are here. LOL!
