1461  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: woodland creatures & enchanted forest swap on: February 28, 2014 05:43:39 AM
I didn't realize this swap had come back to life! Depending on the size I may be able to squeeze it in. I just joined the softball team at work and that is going to take up a bunch of time.  Cry

What size are you thinking of?

I could offer the option of two partners. I know I personally tend to shy away from larger swaps because I have no idea where my life may lead. My husband is impulsive and tends to book my time up. I would stress way too much. Ha! But opening it up to two partners would allow those who are eager to do more get the chance too.
I will probably start sign ups around the middle of March with Bunny1kenobi as a co-organizer if it gets bigger. Cheesy Thanks Bunny1!!!!
Now I have to go check out the status of that woodland swap!  Wink

I am sure I will love it Calixita, no matter what color!  Wink
Last night I was just exhausted as soon as I walked in the door and didn't get anything done. Tonight I am helping the husband get things done so he can leave for training next week. Next week - I craft until my heart is content! Ha! I only have one more item to do but I am thinking of adding something else as an extra. It depends on how it turns out and if I get the time.

Mine was a huge long list and I am sure there are things I forgot to put on there.  Cheesy  I am sure I will remember then while I am getting to know my new partner.

I love the idea of this swap. The cool part is that I can make two of everything because if we have it in common I know I will love it too. Hmmm. May be a good excuse to get some fabric I was wanting....  Wink

I grabbed that pic off the web. I love images like that! I love fairy tales but I like them more interpretive as opposed to Disney. Sometimes its so deeply ingrained that it's hard though! I love altered fairy tales and retellings too. I was hoping there were people out there who would want to craft for it too. Looks like we have a fair amount. I think this could be an amazing gallery!

Mariak, it can be any fairy tale. I am sure your partner could look up any obscure one. I grew up partially in Germany and I remember the Thumb sucker with the Taylor. Lol. Oh my gosh that was tramatizing then but I love it now. Ha!
