You have no idea how many other combinations I tried before I came up with this one! Embellishing is a drawn out process for me. It does not come natural! Thanks for all the support. After several failed attempts I actually came up with something I liked.

Project Name: May Textbook: Prime Numbers
Team/Geekdom: Team Monster
Project Geekdom (if any): Monsters!
Bonus Points: include which bonus points you think you've earned: Super Nerdy Bonus
Project Page Link (if available):
Brief Description: (how it fits the requirements, pattern/techniques used, any fun tips, etc.): I was trying to think of something for the Prime Number Challenge and I decided to go with a tryptic of ATC's! I make a tryptic with two monsters eye-ing a little sassy girls ice cream. It has been a while since I have drawn and realized that when I sat down to do this one. I plan to draw more again.  Tongue

The dolls are amazing. I always image that they take so long. I can't believe you did them so fast!
And that necklace is so neat!

What a super cute idea and I love the packaging!

I thought it was so funny that bunny1kenobi and I both sent each other a purse, tee shirt, stuffy, and two necklaces. LOL!
Thanks again bunny1. Love it all!
1167  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Shambala Bracelets on: May 25, 2013 06:09:04 PM
Okay, No one may find Shambala bracelets that spectacular but I am not usually the jewelry making kind of girl. I had to keep muttering "Left, right, under, over, left, right, under, over....". I sounded like I was insane until I messed up, then I sounded like a pirate.  Embarrassed
But I managed to get a couple of these little guys done. I was proud of them and sent them off to their new home for the IYP swap.

I will be making more for Christmas.  Grin
1168  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Skeleton Key Necklace on: May 25, 2013 06:03:10 PM
I decided to attempt one of those awesome Skeleton Key Necklaces I always see. I love them so much but I have issues with embellishing. I stink at it. Bunny1Kenobi was kind enough to be my guinea pig for the IYP swap. I tried several different variations and I went with this one. Now I have a ton of those little metal roses! So many ideas for them!
I added some gears o make this a little more steampunk.  Wink

1169  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Steampunk Dragonfly Locket on: May 25, 2013 05:54:33 PM
I am terrible at embellishing and jewelry making. Terrible! I put on my big girl pants and tried really, really hard to make bunny1kenobi some steampunk inspired stuff for the IYP swap.
 Here is my attempt...
I found this locket that you could fill up the inside of. I got a dragonfly charm and glued it to the front. I had a watch component piece that I glued inside and put a tiny key in it as well. The key can float around.

 Here's the inside...

 Thanks for looking!
1170  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Victorian Vampire Purse on: May 25, 2013 05:46:50 PM
This is the purse that I made for bunny1kenobi for the IYP Swap. We both had this fabric pinned on our Pinterest boards and I was dying to buy it for something. I had to scale the pattern up to fit the entire scene on the fabric. I have never scaled a pattern before so I sort of psyched myself out when I did it. Ended up not being that big of a deal.  Tongue

I love this pattern because it's easy, it turns out nice, and it showcases focus fabric so well!

It has a black and gray speckled fabric and the interior is a white on white ivy fabric.
