1  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / delicious and EASY chip dip on: July 23, 2008 01:58:25 PM
We have our friends over every tuesday for supper....this quick recipe is my go to almost everytime.....and its gone in minutes!

1 cup grated Jarlsberg cheese (its a bit of a splurge, but is SOOOO worth it)
1 cup mayo (i use miracle whip...it gives the dip a little tang)
1/2 cup finely diced onion

mix all ingredients and place in a ungreased baking dish.  bake at 375 until dip is bubbly and just begins to brown on top.

Great with chips, pretzels, or bread
