WOW! I am taking a break from my own kitchen and hopped on Craftster and I'm impressed! I'm tearing down similar busy wallpaper and am surrounded by big wooden cabinets. Wonderful inspiration!

I don't think it looks as bad as you think! It's actually a really nice dress. I think once it's hemmed, it'll be good to go. If you still feel dowdy, I'd suggest making the sleeves shorter...like maybe elbow length?

This is perfect! My sister-in-law is also has a bathroom done in outhouse...and it's the guest bathroom, so I do the same thing of standing there fascinated. Now I'm kinda inspired to try something for her!
