I got an awesome package today :-D

I spent the day sick and in bed so it was so nice to get a wonderful package!  There was a very well written letter all about his life.  I'm hoping he tells me his name soon....

He is wonderfully crafted and stands on a wooden base.  The best part is that he dances when you turn the little spindle.  Everything about him is wonderful.  My 6 year old is very happy with him too and I think they will be very good friends in no time.

I love him. His hair.  His outfit.  His shoes.  Everything about him.

WHEW!  I'm glad you like him, since it was nothing we had talked about, I was a bit worried!   I am sorry to hear that you are not well.  Hope he's able to help speed up the healing process!

I'm so excited to start crafting. I know what I will make I just need to order the supplies. I'm so happy with my partner too. I think we will do well crafting for each other. We both love Luna and thestrals so thats a good start XD

Oh mi gash I'm so excited- I can't sleep! This is seriously going to be fun and a challenge cause I'm very used to spoiling my partners. Needless to say my husband is excited about the "No extras" cause he thinks I should spend more time playing games with him, what does he know right? Crafting > Gaming anyday.

HA HA HA!  Sounds like you were listening into my house. I think our husbands should get together and game, then we could craft more!!! 

Made great strides last night.  I think I *finally* have all of the components, just time to put it all together.  Hoping to be done today or tomorrow!

And my lighting was horrid, so I'm going to take some more detailed photos of the pulls tomorrow in the Sunlight!

Ok.  So I don't think anybody else should send their packages, 'cause mine is hands down the MOST AWESOME item that will be sent or received during this swap!

It's not a big deal. I'm airing everything out, so hopefully that will take care of it.  I can't pin down the smell, but it smells like hair chemicals? possibly... I'm not sure, like I said, I can't pin it down.  The purse itself I was able to wash up fine, I'm just afraid to wash everything else because of the details on them.

I'm sure it will be fine.

my gosh, when you said hair chemcal's I figured it out. Thank you so much for pinpointing down the smell. I did ship in a box that I got from work that hairspray was shipped to my salon in. I will be so much more careful in the future.

Ha!  Glad my sniffer could help.  I use boxes from work too, working for a newspaper we have them coming out the ears.  I've had to keep a stockpile in a back room, so they can air out and not smell like ink and wet paper!  Which is what my car smells like when I have to do a press inspection and bring back the office copies. In the summer I drive home with my windows open, as I'm afraid the smell will never leave.  But it does.  Airing out is my solution to everything!

I have a little car with an adorable antenna in the center-back of the roof.  It's screaming for a snitch antenna ball.  Has anyone ever made on?  Thoughts on how to go about it?
