The Macaroni Grill used to serve a stuffed portobella appetizer that was amazing. However, they took it off the menu a while ago but it is all I crave.
It had a portobella that was stuffed with bread crumbs, some type of green (spinach maybe?), and gooey cheese on top (blue cheese? or goat?)
Let me know if anyone has tasted this heavenly creation and has an idea of how to make it. OR if you just have a really good vegetarian stuffed port. recipe.
