2  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Crafty Business Discussion / website payment methods on: October 24, 2004 03:26:58 AM
hey everyone, i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.

i'm thinking of having a website to sell my wares and various other items down the track, and living in australia, paypal is not very adaptable here.. at least i don't think it is.
basically, i would like advice on what types of payment methods there are out there, if anyone from australia could help me out that'd be great in particular, but as i plan to ship overseas as well, i would also love some advice from people who know about flexible international methods too.
all advice is welcome, as i am a complete novice. @_@

4  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / my first ever sewing...nesses! on: October 08, 2004 03:39:23 AM
after looking around this site and finding the handbag tutorials, i had to give one of them a try, so i chose the popular jordys and the results were so good! i've had my friends ask me to make them some ^_^.

i also tried to make a tote bag.. but it's sorta failed because i've never done piping before..

i hope the photos work...
first attempt ever... and it doubles as a hat... i made it just the right size lol-->
rose's jordy ( i dispise the fabric @_@)-->
yay! velcro!-->
ash's jordy, my best effort until i tried to put some interfacing into it and partially ruined it.. i fixed up the botched stitching.. if you can spot it.-->
the failed tote... it looks pretty good 'sides the stitching around the top.-->

comments anyone? or ideas?

note- i can't remember the script for showing pictures, sorry @_@
