I just signed up!!  I'm excited about this one.  I'll be making "The Rapunzel Scarf".  I love all things knitting/crochet/sewing, so this is a fairly good representation of me.  Here's a picture of one that I just finished.  I'll be making the other 5 (or maybe 10) over the next few days.

I received my final package yesterday!!  Here are all the yarns I received.

They are sooo perfect.  I couldn't wait to put together my scarf so I immediately began to put it together.  Here's the finished scarf:

My daughter is modeling for me.  I think I'm going to have to make her one!!

Here's a super close up of the scarf and all it's awesome textures and colors.  This swap was sooo great.  Thanks everyone!!!  As always... there will be more pics and info on my blog.

26  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Fone Bone of Boneville (Rated G, I promise!) on: August 29, 2008 04:05:03 PM
Thank you sooo much for posting the patterns to your Boneville characters.  I've been trying to decide what to make for my daughter for Christmas.  This is definitely it!  I'll be making up all your patterns and trying to alter them to make the 3rd character.  I'll even be attempting to make Thorn and all their accessories.  Thank again!!!   Grin

Everyone's swap items look so great!!  I just received my package today and I couldn't be happier. I love all my items!!  Just look at this haul:

Items include:  A t-shirt with a ball of yarn stitched on it with the word crochet (sooo cute!), a "Yarn A Holic" tote bag, a crochet ideas notebook, 3 hooks with bamboo handles (these were new in the package, but I ripped them out before I could take pics  Roll Eyes), 1 Tunisian hook, adorable stitch markers (these are one of my favorite things), some crochet applique's, a knitting gauge, and a needle roll with buttons on it (another favorite thing).

Close up of some of the goodies including those adorable stitch markers.

Here's the needle roll opened up and in action.  I pinned the stitch markers inside for easy access.  I can't get over the hand stitching on this thing... and the colors and buttons.... exactly my style.  I LOVE this!!  Thanks sooo much Israma!!
