1  Watercolor painting I just made in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by wonderwoman1976 on: July 09, 2014 04:52:42 PM

I made this a few weeks back. I really love pop surrealism. That's my sort of style, I guess. I love when things don't make sense, both in my poetry and my art.
Haven't been on here in a few years! Nice to be back. Hope you all like it.

Here's the bracelet I sent Tatiana, AKA Needlemonkey!

Nice, right? I used shrink plastic, and rubber stamps to make it a true marie antoinette bracelet.

I also sent her some pretty recipe cards, but I forgot to photograph them.
Just wanted to show off the bracelet i made her!
I made one for myself, of course.
Cheesy I couldn't resist!

and here's what I got from Tatiana, aka Needlemonkey:

a charm bracelet with four or five charms on it

and it came in this box:

an ATC

she sent some shimmery paper and feathers, that my daughter quickly snatched up, so sorry it didn't make it to be photographed.

and a very nice ornament!

thanks, Tatiana!

Sorry for the delay, but I was told I better post pics or else! LOL!
I haven't had the time, because I've had my head wrapped around a workshop of mine that was being filmed today! So I wanted to make sure I was on point.
so here are the pics of my stuff.

So that's a lovely jewelry box. It's a vintage jewelry box that was dressed up with flowers and such.

that's the book I was sent-it's great! I'm using it so much already!

a wonderful pack of all kinds of papers, fabrics, etc!

pigments, and other fun ATC stuff!

There were other things that didn't make it in the picture, like a nice stash of candy and some other things. But I have a three year old, and when I get packages I pretty much have to put everything away RIGHT away or else she thinks it's hers! LOL!

8  Two Pairs of Earrings in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by wonderwoman1976 on: October 15, 2010 12:50:24 PM
JUST for me! Only for me! I've been in so many swaps lately that it was nice to make something just for me!

The frida is from a pair of earrings I got in a swap that weren't my style. So I reclaimed them.

And this pair, I'm not sure about.

I got the AWESOME-EST package from darkangelwingz!
I was totally spoiled!

LOVE. It of course helps that me and darkangelwingz are personal friends.

These are SO AWESOME. AMAZING.
in case you were wondering, darkangelwingz is THE person to pair yourself up with when you're doing a jewelry swap.

Owls of course. Because anyone who swaps with me MUST know that I am mildly obsessed with owls. seriously. I have an owl tattoo to prove it.

And she gave me some fun clay owls to use in my jewelry making.

This was such a cool swap, I'm going to have to organize this swap again!
