thanks again everyone for all the great comments and advice! After i got used  walking around in the shoes it got to be pretty easy. Even though i don't really notice any obvious results, i do feel my muscles working harder when i wear them so something must be happening!

thanks everyone!!

The rubber sole does bend but you are supposed to put your weight all on the ball of your foot, forcing you to balance and work the muscles in your legs and booty. It is challenging at first but after a while you get the hang of it. I still want the real ones though to see what i could be missing, lol   Wink

So i really want a pair of these Shape Up Shoes which are supposed to help tone your legs and butt but right now i just can't spare $39.99 for them!

so i had a ton of old flip flops that i have replaced with shiny new ones this year and i decided to try to make a pair  with the old flip flops...this is the result.... Shocked

they are not the most attractive shoes in the world...possibly the least attractive but they actually work! I feel the burn after just a couple minutes!

if nothing else, they give me a laugh. Grin
