1  My First Amigurumi! in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by SierrasMom on: July 08, 2008 06:52:46 PM
So I've finished my first little amigurumi turtles...they are the second thing I've ever crocheted.  I've knitted for years, but never did pick up crochet until about a month ago and it just clicked!  These guys are fun, they have a personality!

2  1st Wood Burning Project in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by SierrasMom on: November 25, 2007 04:38:29 PM
I've never posted a finished project before...I hope this is the right forum for wood burning.  The first picture is of the Celtic Horse that I did for practice, and the second picture is my finished project, a Celtic Knotwork frame.  I don't like the 4 knots in the corners, which is why I haven't finished it with any stain and sealant.  But otherwise, it was a lot of fun.

Hope you like!
