I made this paper toy in Photoshop. His name is Tiny! He would be great as a last minute valentine, or just for fun!

He's very easy to assemble. You will need a printer, craft knife, scissors, and a glue stick.



Cut around on the solid lines. Fold along the dotted lines. He forms into a simple box shape. There are tabs on each side which fold in and glue to the front of the body and side of the head. His legs will stick out away from the body and require the use of a craft knife to cut them. The bottom will be light green.

I wanted to be able to wear my meltables, so I came up with this necklace. Made of melted acrylic letters fused together in the oven.

I called my title that because my cards are all so different (and odd!) from one another, but share a common theme of wings...it reminds me of a freak show, but with atcs instead of people and I'm the crazy ring leader...er, crafter

 The chicken wing one was a joke, but then I started to like it. I found the feather trim and knew I had to use it for one of my cards. I had a blast coming up with ideas for these. Thanks for looking!

I'm worried about doing my taxes this year. 

I don't have a tax ID and am not reporting my pay from my etsy store. I know some shops charge tax on their items and keep huge records. I keep records of my sales, but not extensive records

I'm curious as to how many other people don't include their etsy during tax time. As far as I know, the governemnt is trying to pass a bill to better track online sales.

I guess I'm asking for advice or what you all are going to do. I know the tax laws vary from state to state, but I'm sort of lost as what I should do!

Hello ladies,

I was just too excited about this and had to share it with all you ATC lovers!

Back in the August issue of "Get Creative" magazine, they held an ATC cometition where you had to use at least 2 rub-on elements and at least 1 metal item on your card. At the time, I was in 3 ATC swaps here on Craftster and decided why not enter while I had heaps of supplies everywhere 

I was at JoAnns last night and was on my way to the checkout. I happened to pick up the recent copy of "Get Creative" (Jan/Feb 2007) and was leafing through it. Lo and behold on page 60 it says, "And the Winner Is..." and there's a picture of my ATC for 3rd place! They never contacted me or anything so it was a complete surprise!

The winner got a 1 year subscription to the magazine. I'm not aware that I won anything for 3rd place, but it was enough for me just to be chosen

I will post a photo of my card later this afternoon when I get home from work.

Hello all.
I decided on contributing to the Sampler (for the November Edition), however,  I would appreciate any comments you have on my samples. I have been approved to contribute already...I just want to know what my fellow Craftsters think about the items, packaging, etc. This is my first ever time contributing!
Anything you would change?
I have also included a postcard, bix card a 10% off coupon and some 1 inch buttons with the boxes. Is this the norm?

This is Norm everyone! He is 2 inches tall.
This is the extent of my sewing. I'm a painter, but I thought I would go out of my comfort zone for this challenge.
His clothing is wool felt, all hand sewn together. His beard is made of yarn and his grey hair is wool. His head is wooden and his body is all wired and wrapped in ribbon, so he is fully posable. I drew on his little face.
This is my first challenge, and I'm so excited to enter it

Thought I would share these. I found these little lights, nice and plain, and just had to paint something on them. There's 10 in the set. The cupcakes are done in acrylics, and the frosting is sparkly.
