1  Stripy Basic Wristwarmers in Knitting: Completed Projects by ScarfNinja on: October 21, 2007 09:30:31 PM
My first non-Stitch 'n Bitch project. I did it in stripes because everything's better in stripes. The thumb holes look a bit wonky, but I fixed that when I wove in the ends. I used Caron Simply Soft in white and dark green, done on three US #7 double-pointed needles. The pattern can be found here: http://www.whatifknits.com/?p=4

2  First FO: Kittyville Hat in Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller by ScarfNinja on: October 14, 2007 08:26:24 PM
After many many aborted scarves, I have finally finished a project: The Kittyville Hat.

My girlfriend Keri (kiwikero) modeling her new hat.

I used Bernat Softee Chunky yarn on size 7 circular needles and double pointed needles. It's not technically entirely mine (my girlfriend did the pom-poms, I don't have the patience for it), but overall I'm really proud of the way it turned out.
