Hi, I am searching for a dish soap pattern.  But I am wanting one like the picture I have included.  I saw these & would really like to make some myself.  If anyone knows where I can get a pattern for this, please let me know.  I am really wanting to make some of these for Christmas.  Thanks!
2  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Discussion and Questions / Tortilla Holders on: October 06, 2008 08:27:33 AM
I saw a lady once who had made tortilla holders out of terracotta pot dishes(the bottom dish that holds the water underneath the terrracotta pots). She painted them so pretty and you couldn't even smell the paint once it was dry. I am searching for directions on how to make them.
Does anyone know how?  What kind of paint would be good to use on this kind of project?
Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

5  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Matchbook Notebook on: July 07, 2008 11:46:03 AM
I have tried to search this site for some instructions but I have only found pictures.  I am looking for instructions & pictures together. So, I decided to post this topic.

I am searching for the "how-to's" on how to make a matchbook notebook.  I am thinking about making some of these as a freebie for a craft fair I am planning to be a part of in October.

Can anyone help with a tutorial or instructions & good pics on how-to make these matchbook notebook/note pad.

I am searching for Thank you cards that are the size of business cards.  Some people call them "Florist cards".  I want to use them whenever I send a product or item to someone.  I want to use these cards for that reason.

Does anyone know where I can purchase them or know how to make them? I would really appreciate it !!!!!

Thanks,
Ladybug-Gal
7  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / Child's tote bag for coloring book & crayons on: March 28, 2008 08:51:21 AM
I have been searching for a pattern that is a tote bag but it has a place for crayons on the outside and then you place your coloring books on the inside.  This would be something you would take with you to church, doctor's appointment, or anywhere you want to keep your little one entertained for a while.  Does anyone know what I am talking about?  If so, have you seen a pattern for it?

8  FIBER ARTS / Felting: Discussion and Questions / Felting or Felt on: January 25, 2008 02:39:11 PM
I have a question...............what is the difference between felting and felt?

I have seen purses made of felt but for some reason they dont look like they are made from regular felt.  Can anyone answer my question?
9  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Swap for Newbies on: January 16, 2008 02:35:48 PM
What am I talking about?  Well, I have noticed how some of these swaps have names and participants who are experienced in swapping and know the ropes around here.  Well, what about us newbies who aren't really sure of what is going on.  Perhaps, starting a swap here there are a group of newbies and then a group of experienced swappers and they are paired up together with the experienced swapper showing the newbie what they might swap and then the newbie craft something for their experienced swapper.  Kinda like a "Guiding Angel Swapper" teaching a "Newbie" what would be acceptable to swap.

I wouldn't be able to Lead this swap but I was just thinking about this.   Anyone got any ideas or would be interested?Huh

Just a thought........... Smiley
10  Texas / Texas: Coastal / Calling all Crafters From Corpus Christi and surrounding areas on: January 08, 2008 09:59:42 AM
I have noticed that not many crafters from Corpus Christi and surrounding areas post much on here.

Just wanting to know, are there any crafters from this area?

If so, what kinda crafts do you make?

Do you advertise anywhere?

If so, where, what places do you advertise?

I am just wanting a type of idea where people in my area are and if you are doing anything.
