1  Amy Butler Bias Tape bag in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by cjshinn on: March 15, 2008 08:33:18 PM
Hi everyone!  This is actually my very first sewn purse ever!  I used the bias tape tut. that someone posted on here the other day (http://www.belleepoquewhimsy.com/bias-tape-tote-tute).  I have been dying to use this Amy Butler fabric for months!
Thanks for looking.

2  Walking After Midnight Skirt in Crochet: Completed Projects by cjshinn on: December 12, 2007 04:25:47 PM
lglass (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=206744.0) inspired me to make this skirt.  It took me about a week.  I have never gotten so many compliments on a crochet project (or a skirt that I was wearing) before.  I wish I had better pictures to post.

The pink on the bottom was actually the best mistake ever.  I ran out of the brown and Hobby Lobby was out of extras.

Thanks so much for the pile of flesh!  I'm not sure if I'm going to add the flap onto mine or just leave it as is.

Here's what mine looks like:

5  A Short-n-sweet, one-skein, and in bloom in Projects from The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller by cjshinn on: September 30, 2007 02:39:11 PM
So I have been stalking this board since May and have read literally everyone's finished project posts for the Happy Hooker.  I've been so impressed with everything that everyone made and I finally decided to post some of my own.

This is actually my second short n' sweet.  I did the other one before I actually figured out how to do the post stitches that were pretty essential to the pile of flesh.  So I'm really proud of this.

Then there's a one skein scarf I did for my mom (with a weird shell improv I had to put on one end) and an inbloom minus the flower.
