1  CROCHET / Projects from The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller / In Bloom bag-pic heavy on: October 13, 2008 11:05:15 AM
Once again, more salvaged yarn from an old needlework pillow kit...my daughter immediately grabbed this bag once complete...

Let me know what you think.

2  CROCHET / Projects from The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller / My one Skein Scarf...but it's kinda twisty on: October 13, 2008 10:41:18 AM
I've had this finished for a while, but could not figure out how to post the picture. Any and all comments welcome. The yarn is this light green wool I scavenged from a very old pillow kit...

3  CROCHET / Projects from The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller / One skein scarf on: May 30, 2008 11:06:57 AM
Hi everyone,
After much reading and looking at everyone's pics, I checked out S&B from the local library and decided on the One Skein Scarf...

I love the color (some random light green wool no label that was in my stash) and followed the directions for chaining with the larger hook, but made my shells a little smaller (4 dc instead of 5) and my beautiful scarf is all curly (lie those spiral looking scarves out there)! I wish I could post a pic so you all could see what happened.

Do you think that blocking and steaming would help? It's so pretty I don't want to undo it.

Any advice will be appreciated, thanks.

Kaladala Embarrassed sort of sad cuz her scarf doesn't look all pretty like other posters'
