Would like to know where I can find pictorial or video tutorials on wet felting 3D objects preferrably free. like making knobs and bobbles and things sticking out. animals or imaginary critters. Is there a good youtube channel you recommend?
Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but years ago, (about 5-6 years) I found a free sewing pattern online for a bucket style hat. I made one for hubby out of an old pair of jeans and he loved it! I want to sew him another one but can't find the pattern anywhere! I want to say it was a hat pattern for a woman (or man) or maybe for a chemo patient. -but i'm not 100% sure.
Does anyone know of the pattern I want or a similar one? I know there are plenty to buy, but looking for this particular one.. and free is always nice!
Since I last wrote, I have gotten even more free yarn from friends and decided to use the stash up by making some hats for the homeless in our area. I found a nice pattern via craftster for this project!
I'm sort of in the same boat and encouraged to keep practicing more. I used to sew all my own clothes years ago, but haven't for a long time and now that I'm trying it again, I find that I am terrible at it! lol
I just got a brother 2500 and very happy with it but I am having trouble with the piece that comes off to sew free arm style. It says it is an accessory holder but when I remove it and then try to put it back on, all the pieces fall out. What am I doing wrong?
They run about $50. Some say you can get them at Joann's or Hancock's for less. I was looking into getting one but decided I wanted to sew more than i thought, so I bought a Brother 2500 for $75. I'm very happy with this purchase!
