1  A travel bag... post-travelling in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by fairie_shoes on: September 22, 2006 06:03:21 AM
I made this bag for my travels, specially designed with lots of pockets and secret compartments to save emptying all my belongings on airport floors to find my passport etc..  Roll Eyes
I was away for just over two months, and am very impressed that it is still in a fit state to take me around uni  Smiley
It also made a fantastic cushion for sitting on muddy grass at festivals this summer.

A wee close up of the many layers of pockets:

I love it, and I hope you do too.
All comments welcome.

2  Lotsa bags... first post! *(kinda picture heavy) in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by fairie_shoes on: February 15, 2006 01:31:51 PM
Alrightee I figure Ive been admiring all your wonderful creations long enough now... time I put some of my babies up to be criticised/laughed at/admired   Cheesy
(thats if i can get the hang of this posting-pictures lark)

These are all pretty simple tote bags, done kinda patchwork-styley  Cool

This bag was loosely based on the hobo-jordy tut, but modified to have a zipper and adjustable strap...

Finally, my favourite - cow fur handbag with funky flowery lining and mock leather strap \m/

Most of these were sold at the craft fair I was at recently, or given away as presents... I'd really appreciate any comments you have to make!

 Kiss in loving admiration..

Jen
