it really is beautiful! I wish I could think so methodically before cutting and re-arranging a dress.
2  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Stephanie Japel's 'Boob holder' on: October 24, 2007 07:23:55 PM
I finished this a while ago but I thought I should post it here. It's the boob holder in Canon Acrylic. I twisted the stitch and added lots of buttons.

Hi

This is my first time posting. I apologize now if I did this wrong and end up ruining someone's post or page. I recently completed this bad from Lotta Jansdotter's 'Simple Sewing'. Tell me what you guys think.

4  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: My first swatches!!!!! IM SO EXCITED! on: October 13, 2007 07:14:26 AM
WAY TO GO! Your stitches look great. The Happy hooker is a really good resource and in no time you will be making all sorts of things from it. If you practice your stitches more you can make a pot holder or a dishcloth. Its good encouragement because you can reap the benefits of your hard work.

They're so pretty and I love the color. You did a really nice job. Where is the pattern from?
6  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: brimmed slouchy hat(6pics) on: September 25, 2007 06:04:35 PM
I Think the hat looks amazing. I am also ashamed to say that I am a bit of a yarn snob and stick almost religiously to animal fibers but I have been surprised at how awesome Red Heart worked in this pattern and how acrylic has more going for it than I thought. Again, it looks lovely (brim included!)

Your coat looks so lush and soft! I want one! Which vogue issue did the pattern come from?
