I've been lurking here for almost 2+ years, finally made something Smiley any comments and criticism appreciated!

Summer is here! time to go shopping!
went to Bebe, LOTS OF GREAT DRESSES! i bought one and it was over 100 dollars, then i had my eyes on another.... which led me thinking:
1. i can do better
2. i can do it for WAYYYYYY cheaper.

Goodwill Federal Way Washington was having a sale... $4.99 womens dresses!
i bought this huge dress, just regular tank top-like dress, but it was very long.

i cut and resewed and resized it into a halter with a cowl neck, and put a deep back for it, and since it was too short, i added a thick band to the bottom
