1  soap skirt in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by missemotionless on: March 11, 2010 01:38:50 PM
Ok so my first real post and im kind scared, here goes. So i found this really cute soap fabric in amish country the other day and had no idea what to do with it so i decided on a simple little skirt. I was originaly going to use it as lining because it's such a loud print but i really like it as a skirt. I've gotten mixed views on it, my sister says it's the worst thing shes ever seen and my brother thinks it looks "silly" so i dont know if i'll be brave enough to wear it in public but here it is.

P.S. please dont mind the unironedness of it all, my iron got icky stuff burnt onto it  Cry and the bad photos  Roll Eyes silly boys

this is the fabric. so cute  Cheesy

The color didn't really come out right in any of these. I'd say it's somewhere in between but closest to the first

Thanks for looking  Grin

Allo fellow craftsters  Cool  well i have to say that when i signed up i didnt think my first post would be for help and i didnt think i would be a lurker   Undecided oh well. Ok to the point! I made this stencil for silk screening and i want to make sure that it says what i want it to say. I need someone who knows what their talking about because im putting it on a shirt that ill be wearing to school. And if its correct i want to know if it looks presentable and not like a three year old did it. Ok to the picture...

Yes i also put this in image repro. questions but i didnt know if it exactly belonged there. Then again it is a stencil, but uncut so that makes it a drawing. I guess. Anyway if you could pretty please tell me what this says i would be very greatful thanks  Grin
