I know my appliqu of the name Shelby looks a bit amature but it was a last minute gift LOL!
It was fun though and Shelby loved it! So did her mom and grandmother LOL!  We added a funpad & crayons for the gift!:-)

32  Recycled Denim and Sock Monkey Small Tote! in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by guldikr on: March 26, 2008 05:20:01 AM
I received a bunch of free fabric yesterday from a friend in California and I found this Sock Monkey fabric in the box!   I fell in love so decided to make a small tote from it and some old jeans I had laying around! :-)

I think it turned out quite well!

33  Shirt for my DD14 and Entire Outfit for DD7 :-) in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by guldikr on: March 17, 2008 01:28:28 PM
Cheesy
I used patterns for these... the retro style shirt is made from Simplicity 2964 I think I will check when I get home...
Just Click on the Photos to enlarge :-)
The material is a Jersey Knit... Polyester and Spandex.

This is tutti frutti fabric from JoAnn's.

They both love their outfits!!!  Grin
These are the first clothes I've made from patterns in years! It was very difficult to keep on track and follow the pattern.
LOL!
