1  polyclay accessories for Holmes and Watson plushies! in Polymer Clay: Completed Projects by mikhyel on: June 26, 2011 10:30:25 PM

I made Holmes and Watson as plushie bats, and they really needed something more.  So, I made them some cute little accessories out of polymer clay.  For Holmes there's a pipe, a magnifying glass, and a syringe, and Watson gets a cane and a doctor's bag.  The cane has a toothpick inside it to keep it from bending, and the pipe stem and the thin bits of the syringe are held in shape by thin wire.  The glass in the magnifying glass is made of hot glue.  There are also some little polyclay peeps, because I like peeps.

2  Sailor Moon DS Styli (styluses?) in Polymer Clay: Completed Projects by mikhyel on: June 26, 2011 12:29:50 PM

I made these out of polymer clay, with cut down toothpicks at the center so that they'd be straight.  They work on the Nintendo DS, and also most of the other stylus-requiring devices we tried them on.  Only the Apple devices didn't work.

They were taped down to take the picture, so parts of them look fuzzy, but they aren't really.  The pen is there to show the scale.
