1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: black and white skirt from shirts recon on: July 16, 2008 09:19:31 PM
that skirt is gorgeous! My mom won't let me dye my hair until I get out of the house.. I want red hair!

Um, I know you totally weren't showing off the shirt on your dressform, but I love it!! I think it would be a fantastic dress if you added that green fabric to the bottom and have it be an empire waisted dress. I just loved the shirt.
2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Man shirt to girl shirt! on: July 08, 2008 06:57:27 PM
this is so amazingly fantastic!

I think I might have to steal that idea for my dad's shirts!
3  CLOTHING / Clothing for Curvaceous Craftsters: Completed Projects / Re: summer dress: non-hippie -- if you can believe it, however, it is still artsy... on: July 08, 2008 06:55:35 PM
this is so amazingly pretty!

Very cute for the summer.

5  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Cool pillow (Pics heavy) on: February 05, 2008 03:57:44 PM
that is, like, the cutest little learning thing I've ever seen.

I just want to pet it.

Great job!
6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Coquette Cover-up on: January 23, 2008 04:32:09 PM
that looks so cute and comfy!

I'm sorry that I don't have any advice on your hemming problem.

Keep sewing though, I usually learn through trial and error.
7  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Re: intentionally wonky messenger bag on: January 12, 2008 09:16:11 PM
it looks great! (And I love the green font. That has nothing to do with your project.. but I love the font. I digress.) The pattern is the nerdy-cool stuff. Which is good. You know, nerd is in style. Not that I'm calling the bag nerdy. Just the geometric pattern would be in style now.

Anyways, I totally love it. It's not lame. :]
8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: 3 new shirts on: January 12, 2008 08:47:38 PM
these look fantastic.

I wish my first sewing projects would have been something as great as this, and especially handsewn! I'm so happy that you're dipping into the pool of crafting.

Keep crafting!

haha.. the face was because it was so awkwardly small.

And I have no clue why flannel is associated with lesbians. I mean, guys wear it, and they can be considered lumberjack manly men. But girls wear it, and we're instantly lesbians.

Flannel is just comfy. I think lesbians can share the comfiness with straight people.

(I am in no way against lesbians/gays. I just don't want to be called one because I'm not.)
10  KNITTING / Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller / Re: Kittyville: My First Knitted FO!!! on: January 08, 2008 04:00:20 PM
ah! I really like that. Especially with those tassles on the end of the ear covers.

Man, I wish I could knit that well. It looks great!
