3  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Craftster Itself / Re: The "Where is That Thread?" Thread on: May 29, 2008 08:49:35 PM
Several weeks ago someone posted their craft/sewing area and it was this amazing vintage-looking cabinet/armoire that they got for free from the curb. I think I remember that it had fold out table flap too.

I'd love to find that thread again and see if DH can emulate one for me somehow.

Thanks!
4  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / baby garden gnome on: November 13, 2007 08:04:03 PM
 Grin hooray for halloween!
my wee one was a baby garden gnome...

baby garden gnome in action...

I tried experimenting with a baby beard, but he wanted to pull it off immediately, so no dice. woulda been cute though! the hat and belt were made from felt. the top was made from an old receiving blanket using petchy's kimono top tute. I wish I had a pic, but he also wore dk brown and tan fuzzy mountain man looking  baby boots his auntie sent him-- perfect for a garden gnome!

thanks for looking and have a great day!
