that's rad! my cats have this thing where they scratch the wall after they "bury their treasure," so kitty litter gets all over the carpet in the surrounding area. also, my apartment is small. i need one of these!!

27  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Bat skirt and legwarmers on: March 27, 2009 09:06:26 PM
i adore the stitching at the hem. i like the skirt and the bow best. bows = awesome.

i think the legwarmers are fun. maybe pair them with leggings or fitted jeans and a long-ish tunic top? i don't know, because i doubt i could pull off wearing legwarmers of any variety. i bet they'd be rad over some chunky boots.
28  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Salvation Bracelets for christmas gifts on: December 27, 2008 08:16:33 PM
i like yours better than the one in the link. i like that the beads are different shapes and sizes... very nicely done. i'm sure everyone you gave them to was super excited.
29  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: This is my gun... on: October 27, 2008 10:04:37 PM
i just googled 'blackwork' and according to wikipedia (however accurate THAT is...) "scarletwork is like blackwork, except it is sewn with red thread." there ya go!

i love it, by the way. my husband was like, "oh, wow... how did she do that?"
