They should be in the kit. They're 2 metal pieces that are threaded so a cord can screw into each end, making a really long needle. If you don't have them, you can pick up a set along with the pink ends from Hobby Lobby, or anyplace that sells the KnitMates set and pieces.They look like this http://www.craftsetc.com/store/item.aspx?dep=20&cat=51&subcat=15&IsOnSale=0&IsFeatured=0&IsNew=0&ItemId=83079

According to the mfr's page - http://www.wrights.com/wrights/products/catalog/boyeline/knitmates_accs.htm the 21" cable is the longest one, with the tips that would be about 29". However you can use the extenders to join 2 cables to make a longer one.

How do i use the extenders..does it come with the kit??? I wanna  make two socks with the one needle pattern..if you could tell me about the extenders that would be great..thanks everyone...shelly

I have Boye knitting set and the longest cable it has in it is 29" and I was wondering if anyone seen a 36" or longer then a 29.. I've been looking but can't seem to find just the cable for sale..thanks for helping...shelly

hi everyone, I need help with the hamptons halter lacy leaf pattern..on rnd 9: *k4,p2,k1,p2,k5*_15 sts... ( what does the 15sts mean) and rnd 10: it says to move end of round marker on last repeat..where do i move it to..thanks for your help..shelly

Here are some booties that I made for my little girl Kendra..She loves them..I'm gonna make her one in every color..I  already made her one in yellow too..I used Caron simply soft yarn and size 6 needle ( she wears a size 4 in girls) well I hope you like them.
