I wanted to have a simple wedding where no one had to wear any suits and ties. I decided to go for a DIY wedding where we made our own food, cake, flower arrangements and my dress. Everything was mismatched and exactly the way I wanted it. Here is the dress that I made. The dress itself is made from material I had planned to make curtains out of, and the lining is made of a sheet I had when I was in high school. (14 years ago... lol) I had to fix a few things after I took these photos, but it was a quick fix, and hopefully no one notices. Tee hee

This is my first time posting a finished project. This is a Christmas present for my brother-in-laws girlfriend. I was so happy and overjoyed with how well it turned out, that I wanted to share it with others. It is from the Butterick 4087 pattern.
