I hate wearing shorts in the summer and love skirts.  In my fabric box I had a ton of squares I cut a long time ago when I was going to make a quilt with my sister for my new apartment.  Ambition failed.  But they went to a good use!! I made a pink themed patchwork skirt and am starting on a second in blues and greens (really excited for this one!)  The worst part was the gathering of the layers by hand to attach it. OMG it took forever!!

I have a couple fabrics and few ideas of what to do with them.  one is a blue/green bright pattern which i'm considering doing a dress out of, but not sure what kind.  the fabric i have is  60" by 1 1/2 yds.


Also I have a really awesome reversible butterfly brocade, but unfortunately it is only 45" y 1/2 yd.  Any ideas??
