It's been awhile since someone posted in here, but I figure I'll add my injuries to the list.
I was making cat scratching posts to donate to the animal shelter with some friends, well, the carpet we were using was VERY thick and VERY hard to cut. So we found a pair of super sharp scissors. I was cutting the carpet and I literally cut a chunk of skin off the top of my thumb.
I looked at my thumb, and then looked at the ground, and there was the tip of my thumb, on the ground.
I probably should have gone to the hospital come to think of it, but I didn't. It healed though...nearly two months later.
Along with that, I've had the normal x-acto cuts, sewing needle stabs, and hot glue gun mishaps.
