1  Help me put backs on my new patio chairs! in Interior Decorating: Discussion and Questions by Anconite on: July 17, 2011 09:35:44 PM
Picture:

I got this awesome 4 chair, table and umbrella stand set today for $40. The rust and weathering isn't that bad, and all the important parts are strong. The chairs even rock! It wont take much to get it looking great, just a bit of elbow grease. I will be doing all the metal parts in black.

My problem is that the chairs used to have a plastic panel on the back piece, but they disintegrated and the former owner removed them. I am unsure what to do to replace the backs. The set is going to be used on my covered outdoor patio. I live in Texas so heat, bugs, dogs, kids and weather are considerations.

Help me, Craftster, you're my only hope!  Grin
