I'm glad it arrived and you like it isolatedpoptart.  I had not realised the glue had come through to show on this side though Sad sorry about that!
Just so you know the stones on the earrings are banded agate. Has one of the clips on the bows broken? :s

Loving everything in here the green bags, the wonderful warming burst of orange and everything else too Smiley

Wow! Those icicles are amazing!!! A few years ago we had fairly big icicles over the Christmas break.  They were not really long but they were thick and heavy. It was at my inlaws house. We arrived to stay with them. When we got there it was dark so we could not see them. We had a few cigarettes that night in the garden leaning against the house. The next morning we woke up and saw them. It had warmed up and some had fallen off. Much to my horror I discovered 2 of the big ones hanging from the roof....right above where we were standing to smoke! Had it fallen on us it would have done serious damage. Shook me up lol!!! They are stunning though.

Finn is well. I have not been well lately so have not done much but we have a couple of things planned for the weekend and then I will start work on my album

I can definitely say my necklaces took more than 10 minutes. Polymer clay is not one of my go to skills so took longer to get them to a stage I was happy with...
To shape them in the first place took about 90 minutes.
I'd say 30 mins to varnish them. (Production line style...do the fronts hold each one for couple of mins to dry. Put down, do front of next one, when all done start again with backs.

Then i did the stringing on cords. They close with lobster claws. They have a spiral finding that the cord ends are strung through then knotted and secured with glue.  I made said findings myself. I was making 13 in all...and putting all of them on the cord took about 3 hours. So add another 80 minutes.

Adding that altogether I spent about 30 minutes on each (and if I am honest that is conservative.

Granted I am fairly slow but that is because I have disabilities I have to overcome every time I craft. (I have dyspraxia which majorly affects my hand eye coordination.  ) I regularly end up needing to redo things or manipulate what I have done so it works as it should. (The amount of spiral findings for instance which ended up with the holes too small for the threads.)

This is round 35. Perhaps you could have looked at past rounds before joining ?

Made this pendant today. The stones are Lapis Lazuli (tear dropped shape) and Labradorite. Hope you like!

I feel like I need to change my offering to something much more simplistic based upon the items I am seeing.

Oh I meant to say - I took the photos last week and when I came to edit them today having put everything away - I appear to have had the setting for 'fish eye' on! Sorry about the spectacular middle bulges!!!
