How did you form a bowl from the flat pizza pan of melted beads??? I really wanta do this right!

OK, it's me again, I've spent about three hours online looking for that placemat, can you tell me the brand? I saw where you got it at Ross, but that's an outlet and could be any brand! Please help! I WANT to make this for my daughter!!! Thanks!!!!

So, when it melts in the pizza pan, you can free form it into your shape before it cools? Then put it on foil ball and bake again? The edges are so smooth and the shape is awesome, I want to do it right! All the others I've seen have jagged edges, yours is perfect!
