Hahaha.  Awww, I think eyebrows are kinda cute!

I am not quite clear on their purpose though...

haha I just read about this somewhere.  Grin
they prevent sweat from running into your eyes.

Black Lamb - oh very pretty! and if those are your real eye color, they are amazing!

I was thinking the same!

And Black Lamb, I would kill to have hair that beautiful and well behaved....I guess it was spending all my teenaged years shaving my head that I never learned the fine art of hair styling.  It's just ponies and buns for me  Sad

thanks  Smiley
I'm glad people other then me like it, was a big change considering I had my hair mostly shades of blonde.

and yes, that's my natural eye colour.

try discountdance.com they have a lot of warmups (thats what they are called, basically stuff to keep you warm)

I wouldn't suggest ordering from discount dance, from my experience it's a pain in the ass and you have to have access to a fax machine.
If you want to order online i'd suggest http://www.dancewear.com/dancewear/

with your hair i'd say put it up in a really neat bun and then just pull little pieces out here and there, I've left my hair up overnight and in the morning it looked almost the same as it had the night before and that was without gel. Of course i've been dancing for 10 years so i guess it's the whole practice thing.
5  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Felt Flower Hairpin on: August 23, 2005 09:58:35 PM
Thanks guys. I've had it in my hair all day lol, I love the way the seed beads sparkle  Embarrassed

I actually followed this tutorial http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=33276.0 just made it alot smaller, added beads, and attached it to a hair pin.
6  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: my attempt at photography -image heavy- on: August 23, 2005 09:54:20 PM
wow thanks, I didn't expect such quick replies.  Smiley

The first two were just taken in my backyard, the third was taken at the departure bay ferry terminal in Nanaimo B.C, and the rest were taken at I think pipers lagoon, also in Nanaimo.
And no I've never taken any classes. I was thinking of taking one over the summer but i couldn't find any close enough to were I live.

7  CLOTHING / Designer Clothing Homage / Nicolas Ghesquire's Balenciaga Coat on: August 23, 2005 09:34:19 PM
Seeing as I'm in love with Balenciaga bags (and considering it will be another five years before I even consider getting one thats not a good thing) I decided to check out their new fall/winter collection and fell in love with this coat:

I looks relatively simple but I'm having a hard time finding a pattern close enough that I wouldn't have to do mega alterations so any suggestions would be great  Smiley
