11  CITY GUIDES FOR CRAFTSTERS / U.K. AND IRELAND / Re: home learn on: April 15, 2008 09:13:31 AM
Don't know of any but in searching for other courses I have had luck using the terms "short courses." Open University would seem the natural place to start looking but loads of schools are now offering online courses. Simply try different ways of searching.

I'm assuming you want a short or part time course instead of a degree programme?

Good luck, let us know if you find one.

Beautiful! I love the simplicity of it. That material couldn't have been that easy to embroider on. Embroidery is so relaxing - keep it up!

Gorgeous little creatures and fantastic stitching! Love partridges, see them all over the place here in the UK. Loved the singing family even more Smiley

That is amazing for your first one! Now you've caught the bug. Framing it would be lovely, I really like to embroider the recipients name and make bags out of embroidery for gifts like here

I've just finished one that I'm going to use for the centre of a log cabin patchwork cushion. Super simple to make, I'm sure you could find a tutorial somewhere online - maybe here on Craftster.

Realized this is more trinket than bead project. Still not sure this is the right place though  Undecided
