re: using the cards, you could make the 'mortgage' side of the properties blank by pasting pieces of paper on them, have them laminated and use them as reusable notepapers (to be used with dry/wet erase pens...)

MY dad has some little dry erase 'pads', and uses them quite frequently, as opposed to post its

I've also seen people use the properties/money as ordinary magnets for their fridges as well...

I remember making these in school!!

great way to bring some ecclecticiam and colour to a boring armoire/table/buffet top!

I remember my mom using one as a key dish near the front door.

CUTE!

I've seen similar layered tray/ plattersr as well... what a great idea though!

Your choice of plates is so lovely and contemporary!

I believe the other ones I saw were (mismatching) thrift store/vintage china plates and cups, with a small porcelain figurine perched on top.

I know a few campus peer educators who would just eat these up! What a great idea for a very worthy - and necessary - cause!

I have another crafty friend who made some felt broaches with strategically placed condom pockets for an intl womens' day bazaar. They were a hit, and I'm sure these would be too!!!

I love this!! Quite the accomplishment!

I like that you chose more muted/vintage looking tones, as opposed to the brighter, candy coloured ones which abound in superhero styled clothing...

Fantastic! I watched this movie for the first time the other day....I nearly had to fastforward ALL the scenes which Tom Cruise graced, but the art design was just AMAZING!

what a fantastic creation!

But...what on earth will become of it? a yard ornament or living room conversation piece, perhaps?  Wink

Too cute!!! What a fantastic idea!

I have a male friend whose Stag is coming up...I think this might be the perfect addition to the evening!
