2  Shrinky Dink Earrings in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by llhurley on: December 15, 2004 09:02:09 AM
This is my first pair of shrinky dink earrings.  I traced the image from a book of clip art, but I think they turned out looking a little bit like Elizabeth Shue.

3  Pillowcases in Needlework: Completed Projects by llhurley on: December 14, 2004 08:06:31 AM
My brother-n-sister-n-law are big time Elvis fans, so I used some Jenny Hart patterns to do up these pillowcases.

4  More Stockings in Winter Holidays by llhurley on: December 08, 2004 06:09:10 PM
I never could get happy with my first (two) attempt(s) at stockings.  I made these today, and I am happy at last.  They are fleece.  I found the bolt buried beneath a bunch of other stuff, and I was so thrilled.  I knew I'd found my stocking fabric.

I love my Jenny Hart kit so hard.  I mean, it's one of my favorite things I've ever owned.  Here's my first tea towel.

This is my first attempt at the Jordy bag.  Despite what you may think from looking at this picture, I'm pretty excited about it.

8  Felt Critters in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by llhurley on: November 18, 2004 11:09:43 AM
Thanks to craftster and the fine, fine felt creatures to be found here, I've become addicted to making my own.  Here are the latest to join the fray.  Two cats and a bunny.

9  Felt Stockings in Winter Holidays by llhurley on: November 18, 2004 08:54:48 AM
I'm not sure I'm finished with these yet.  I just whipped them up out of felt, stuffed the toes, sewed on some trim & bells then made tags using photo iron ons.  Can you think of further embellishments?

10  Tree Topper in Winter Holidays by llhurley on: November 17, 2004 06:05:47 AM
I'm always searching for the perfect tree topper.  This year, I bought a cheapo ornament, cut off her ugly white plastic skirt, and replaced it with a feather skirt.  I gave her a bindi and a mantra, and she's ready for the top of my not-so-Christian Christmas tree.
