1  tralala..looking through my bling box, look what i found.. in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Chainmailgoddess on: September 03, 2007 01:26:15 PM
just a few pictures (well, links to them anyway) of chainmaily things i've done in the past..

there's a necklace for everyday wear, just some galvy and blue glass beads in a modified european 4 in 1 pattern, (and yes that is my incredibly pasty neck, lol)

and the choker i made myself for prom, its also euro 4 in 1, with some basic chains scalloping and dangling around, and those beads, i dont know what they were besides expensive and black, but pretty!

there's a lot more where that came from, just need to organize and take more pictures whenever i can  Roll Eyes

2  foresty adventure folk (also my first post!) in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Chainmailgoddess on: September 03, 2007 01:06:35 PM
I found a couple of these adorable animal toys around the house, don't know where they came from but something needed to be done with them and me being the geek I am, made a dungeons and dragons style adventuring party!  We have a barbarian warrior princess bunny, clad in a chainmail bikini top to protect her vitals of course, a cute little loincloth for decency, a nice big spear to defend herself and little details like a tiara thingy and armband to decorate. Then there's the lion, hes a magic user of some sort, I have yet to decide, complete with staff of ultimate power (little garnet set in there for color), leather tunic and headband. And there's our foxy archer friend, with a miniature bow and quiver. My personal favorite (if I had to pick) is the loverly raccoon druid priestess, little leather outfit with silver sash, garnet amulet and swirly armband to finish things off. All the clothes are made of an old leather hat I chopped to bits, some 24 or 26 gauge wire, I cant remember, and a few garnet beads I had left over from a project. It was a great way to spend an afternoon, and now they adorn the bookshelf in the office.
